After the successful sell-out of Flow Residences, recognised as one of Australia’s best selling off-the-plan projects in 2020, S. & S. Group again trusted KMSM to sell out their latest Rainbow Bay development, ‘Awaken’. Designed by Cottee Parker and consisting of 10 apartments across eleven levels, KMSM leveraged the large public interest in the project to build a lead in campaign that placed the development in a strong position prior to launch.
